The staff here is absolutely amazing. I have never had an trip to this office that the staff has not gone above and beyond. I like how they review your insurance benefits with you while purchasing eyewear. I love how both Dr. Nicacio and Dr. Medeski explain diagnosis and treatment plans in a way you can share with your family when you get home! I will and have recommend Downtown Vision Centre to close family and friends!
